It is not ebay you worry about it is customs and excise or the rights holders and their lawyers if you are selling that stuff.

Haha no..eBay won't sue you for selling replicas. The ones who own the rights to the copyright/trademark of the replicas could very well sue you though. I wouldn't worry about that too much though, but then again I have no idea what your situation is or what you were selling.
