Antitrust Lawsuit Filed against eBay over PayPal, Payments Policies

It was only a matter of time before someone got pissed off enough to challenge eBay. Maybe this is only the beginning of the end of eBay. I could only be so happy. :)

Me too! I hope something good happens out of this..

With all the mad sellers, either frauds or innocent I'm surprised nothing short of a bombing has occurred. I wonder if Ebay's offices have bullet proof glass :D

I was wondering something of that nature too. It's seems like something would have happen by now..

But lets look at it...It's people that actually depends on ebay too make their moratage and bills or whatever, so if you cut them off it's over for them.

I think ebay cuts off power sellers on purpose in order to get more money from then too get reinstated. I can't wait until this conspiracy hits news. I know it will pretty soon.

There are many anti competitive aspects to Ebay that they might be sued on. You pay for a listing but you cant put a link to your own website if it is offering the same item for sale. Ebay bans private sales and listing techniques that might lead to this. So you have to list a shoe with seperate listings for each size (instead of one style listing that covers all sizes) so driving up your listing fees How the hell are they allowed to get away with this
