eBay File Exchange - Anyone Us eIt?

Has anyone used the eBay file exchange system?

I never have, and I want to try it, but I am wondering if it would put me on the radar. The products I would be using it for are 100% legitimate and NOT defined as high-risk. Nobody counterfeits these and there are no VERO issues.
