nope they can takedown listings for a brand name and then style after it, as easily as the brand name alone

to be safe, you could try designer style or designer inspired and it might get a bit more traffic

you cannot put i-phone at all, (for an actual phone, a skin is ok) unless it looks like the real thing, and then it still may get vero attention

"Case for iPhone 4" = ALLOWED
"Phone like iPhone 4" = NOT ALLOWED

people do it all the time, but we are saying its against their rules so you 'may' be subject to takedown. I actually think bots scan for style and they are manually reviewed. Actually sometimes you could be better off just saying its gucci and to heck with it, same chances...but it depends, always depends...
