Angry Received negs from non-paying buyer

Hi,

2 days ago someone decided to buy 2 items from me and leave negative feedback without paying.
She has done this to other sellers too but isn't registered on ebay anymore right now (maybe ebay suspended her?).

My ebay account is already limited because I received two neutral feedbacks last month over 75 positives,
so I really can't use two negatives.
I tried the ebay Live support today, asked if the feedback can be removed but they say I need to contact the buyer
and ask if she will remove the feedback herself...

I will open a non-paying buyer dispute in 4 days to get my fees back. Does anyone know if the feedback will be
automatically removed when I win the claim?

If the person is no longer a registered user, the feedback will automatically be deleted within 24-48 hours...unless the person is just suspended for a short time for whatever. If the person never pays, then the feedback will automatically be removed after the duration of the unpaid item process. Good Luck.

Default get feedback removed

there is something on ebay to get the feedback removed. you can apply to that. normally they ask the buyer if he agrees. but if you contact ebay and explain all of that to them they will remove it for sure.

I will first open the dispute, and if that doesn't work I will contact ebay.
