Ebay/paypal rotation strategy?

Has anyone attempted this particular strategy?

Strong ebay accounts and switching the paypals on them to keep the intake down per account?. I know some say the ebay will go down eventually after a paypal limit.what if the paypal rests before it gets to the limit point? I ask because, recently I have strong ebay accounts aka 4.9 dsr and higher. No cases and high policy compliance etc...and still paypal goes down. Anyone try this?

well since ebay owns paypal, and pretty much knows everything you do in regards to each other... I can't imagine this is a good idea.

The better strategy would be to rotate eBay/PayPal accounts. Sell on this account for 2 weeks, then on another for 2 weeks, etc.
