eBay = International Shoppers dream?

Can you have a better marketplace for a buyer? You just buy it, claim you never received it, And the sellers automatically lose. I'm beginning to realize why nobody will ship internationally now. All month so far, i'm getting people claiming non receipt. They can't all be telling the truth.. Especially when an ebay account goes down, isn't it ironic that every person who files a dispute is someone who doesn't have a valid tracking?

Same with CD keys and codes on ebay, you just but... Wait some time, and charge it back. Paypal probably could careless .

yeah its bad, ebay can give 2 ****s. Thats is why I have it set up that it comes out of ebays pocket not mine.

I ship anywhere in the world. Whenever someone starts moaning or complaining about a product not being received I refund them in full. The way I look at it is this... it's a loss, I'm not going to risk an account with 2000+ feedback comments and zero violations for some stupid eBayer who wants a free deal.

Ebay policy only sets up sellers to fail!
Does anyone really think that the standards for sellers are realistic?
