Seeking long term solution for Overseas Seller
 

Hi Everyone,

I'm an American selling from China and Vietnam and have hit my limit(literally and figuratively)for tolerance of ebay's policies. I have tried a stealth account and it was already linked--the rules are clear but its easy to forget when you are hit with a flurry of emails.

I would like to try another legit approach. I would like to set up a USA LLC and apply with Ebay through the LLC.

My question is, will Ebay still find a reason to link me to other limited accounts with the LLC?

And I have the same question for paypal.

Is the only truly safe solution for long term health on ebay to use a credit card merchant account and be rid of paypal?

Your thoughts or service offers to help me with this are greatly welcome and appreciated.

1. what makes you think you got link for what reason?

the email which says " we have discovered you have a limited account linked to your name. ebay prohibits opening additional accounts when you have restrictions on your previous accounts."

not to mention when i tried to post on the uk site, they said i was limited.

I know that you read and commented within the 'Discussions Menu' on the Forum, but READ, READ & READ again and begin ALL accounts from the beginning.
The knowlege is plentiful here! I promise! Sometimes it 'sucks' to start from "square 1", but it may be piece of mind to you if you do.
