Just found my 06 ebay account
 

Well I have been selling for about 6 months. Got shut down on my first paypal account because of some old transaction from about 5 years ago. So i got a new ebay account in my boyfriends name, new paypal, and low and behold they linked us! So now were screwed on the paypal thats in his name, and was thinking about getting a merchant account, and I was hearing things about pre 07 accounts. Well I remembered his old log in from about 4 years ago and its still there, never used it to sell with used purchased a few things, and has 4 good feedbacks. What should I do with this account, should I start selling with it, and try to get another paypal account, or should i just say screw paypal and go with the merchant?

It all depends on what you are selling and value of your items.

i also found a 06 account under my gf's name. So far imma take it slow wit that account. Since i havent logged in it in 4years i just log on once a week browse and imma start listing little by little so it wont trigger any flags since it has been inactive for so long. Also going to create a new paypal for it since it never had a paypal attached to it.

I say do both. The more accounts the better

make sure you do it and use the account wisely so they do not link anything again. erase all cookiess and get a new ip to start

Where did you login, did you do it from the same computer (user account) where you just had your other accounts limited , did you change i.p before logging in ?

maybe you just toasted that one too

I was just going to ask that - you used new i.p. or just same old computer, same old internet line? You prob just linked them again though.

well i logged into it from the same computer i been using wasnt on it but maybe 1 minute. I dont currently have any problems with ebay just paypal.

eBay and PayPal are the same thing, you have problem with 1, you have problem with both
