eBay store - Credit Card

To open an eBay store it says I need to put a CC card on file with eBay.

So you cant pay for store with verified PayPal account thats already attached?

Do they charge that card every month?

I don't think so, they usually invoice you the store fee in the same invoice as your seller fees, probably just want a cc on record incase you skip the bill, but a VCC or prepaid works fine..

Thats what I was thinking, thanks. Just wanted to confirm. I couldn't see them not just adding it to the normal fees. Ne need for two billing systems. They just want a back up.

Can anyone confirm what amount is charged on card? I don't want to set this up and have card rejected ;)

Do they just authorize card or do the put the first month of eBay store on it?

I forgot completely about that. just one question: if I add a credit card with my real name that wouldn't be good right, because the ebay stuff is XXXXXXXX

If you don't have more info, I would logically assume the $1.00 standard test fee.

Name on card doesnt matter. Thats pretty basic stuff. I suspect you are having a brain freeze on that one..... Pretty sure you know that.
