Ebay problems Help please
 

I'am new so take it easy on me. problem is I brought ebay account and paypal account this part works. But I put an item up for sale within a few minutes I got a message in my Email that they need me to call them and confirm my account. Now Should I use my own phone.? to call them. are should I use one of those Internet phones? I used this one website to cover up my ip. its a website called. Free Web Proxy I used it to log on ebay and paypal. then some of the contents I couldn't see the whole ebay webpage. So I decided to try this program called. hide my ip. Which This is probably where I made a mistake. After reading some of the messages on here some people said use a ip program some said no that wouldn't matter do I just use my own ip? are do I change my ip. If anyone could help me on this that would be great.
So I got confused. I dont know what to do? sorry to bother anyone on this.

First off, don't use a proxy to access ebay and/or paypal. You need a dynamic IP, search the forums in regards to this. Better yet, buy the ebaystealth guide which will walk you through step by step and you will be able to see where you went wrong.
In regards to the phone call, you should call from the same number you used to sign up to ebay. The US has services that can spoof a number which may be a temporary solution for what you need. However, I would suggest having an active number at all times for all your accounts.
It seems as though you are messing up in a few places in regards to ebay stealth so once again I would suggest investing in the guide if you are serious about the entire process. DON'T take short cuts, take it slow, and treat your accounts like gold if you want them to be prosperous. Goodluck and welcome

Where could i get that kind of Ip? ive seen website that you pay for that kind ip. is this what you mean? because my isp dont previde it and i did buy ebaystealth.

An IP is provided by your ISP. There are STATIC IP's and DYNAMIC IP's.

Static IP's don't change - ever, unless your ISP changes it at your request.

Dynamic IP's are assigned on a temporary basis. It could change every time you log on, or it could change when your modem powers off and on.

Most IP's are DYNAMIC.
