 Need help selling on eBay
I'm a newbie to the site but have learn lots in the last couple of days. I'm ready to start selling on eBay once again (have been out for about 10 months). I think I have everything ready to go stealth. (No, I haven't yet purchased the eBay Stealth Book)

New Pre-Paid Debit Card
New Bank Account
Am I missing something? Here's the question. I have all the necessary "hardware" but I have no clue what eBay and Paypal ask when I sign up. I want to sell my computer and a year old laptop. 2 sales. Thats it. I dont plan on transferring the money to my bank. I want to use the money on eBay to purchase stuff. Do I still need to link a bank account? Need the debit card? The reason for going stealth is that I failed to verify an old account within the time frame and all the info on there was my real info and I'm not even going to attempt recover it. I consider it lost.
Anyways, can someone point me in the right direction for a casual seller on eBay?
