A new problem I havent come across yet
 

I have been doing great paying my fees via paypal for a year now and this came up. I had a neg balance in my BOA bank account so I called them and told them to not let paypal come out on the date that it does so I could just deal with it on a money order or something. Thinking I would be fine for the next month when fees came out. I then found out when I got my statement that it was considered a stop check payment. When I went back into ebay to make paypal my autopayment method it went into paypal and is asking for a CC or bank account which I already have. I called them and they told me that I cannot use paypal on that bank due to me doing the stop payment. Okay I see that. But when I go into ebay I need to use a CC to let my fees be autopaid. Now I dont know what to do with ebay. Its an account in my adult sons name but my bank was in mine and since paypal cannot see the real name it didnt matter.

Anyway I need to do a CC through ebay to pay my future fees with them. I have a .10cent balance now so its no issue of back fees. its just my bank account has my name and not my sons or I would use that Debit card for ebay. Does ebay see that name? I didnt want to try it. I'm thinking I need a new CC for ebay but dont know what to do.

Get a virtual cred card - or a gift card - pay the fees like that. Name does not matter.

I would but a gift card doesnt have an expiration date or the 3 digit code on the back. You have to have a recurring billing method so they can pull out monthly

That's the point - pay the bill manually and in advance - this way you avoid an automatic charge. Gift card has expiration date and CVC code - virtual cc's do too.

You are right about the expiration and code. I just checked an old one I had. Now I just need to get a refillable one then? I normally use the simon cards but those are not refillable. So I just refill it before it pulls out then. I got it.

I tried to use a gift card visa to pay my ebay seller fees on a new account because my new paypal account is asking for a second credit card, and ebay would not accept a gift card visa. I'm new to this and will be getting the ebay stealth book. Much to learn.

goto walmart and buy the walmart prepaid visa

you have to register it online,it will ask for a social security number so you have to use someone or yours legit information but it will give you the option to get a second card for someone else,choose yes and you can put any information on that card that you want.It has the exp date and security code,it can also be used to receive the paypal code if you needed it for that for cc verification
