Hi just gone into my account and found this. Never had it before has any body else had this one

This is a new account that i started in the u.k. and has a uk phone number on it ie Mydivert.
Does anybody know what they will ask when they call which by the way the earlest is next tuesday:juggle:

This is not new, people have been experiencing this a lot recently in all countries. As long as you do the call within 48 hours it shouldn't turn into a problem, it's just basic account security information they ask for like name, date of birth, address, etc. so have your account information to hand.

Thanks for that I just havn't seen this one before, I have seen where you have to phone them but not the other way round. Oh well something new with ebay every day.
