Old Account with Suspended Address

I have a ebay buyer's account which had a suspended address on it. I replaced that address with a new address.

If I convert that ebay/paypal account to a seller's account and start selling on it. Will I be suspended?

If the eBay buyers account was never suspended with the bad address on it then I would say no, but you never know. Give it a try and see what happens, but if the account has been open with the bad address for a few months I would say you are in the clear.

Thanks for the answer jhoman.

The account had the suspended address on there for more than six months. I replaced that address with a good address and that's been on there for more than six months. So would it be wise to even make this into a seller's account?

Anybody else?
