Is it this simple or am I making it more complicated that it really is???

All I need to do is set up a automatic payment method to pay my fees. I need to use something other than paypal. Is it as simple as getting a re-loadable CC and just enter it??? Then I can complete my listing that I started??? Thanks. I know I am probably just making this more complicated that it is.
