Basically two days ago, a buyer purchased 4x of an item, so the next day I shipped it to them. Then today I get them messaging me asking to only send them 1 and to refund the money for the other 3. I've emailed them back saying that the products have been sent, they say it's not their problem and want their money back.
I know that it's not worth risking an account over this, but how would you deal with this situation?

This is the problem with ebay, customers have little respect for sellers. they know they can pretty much do what they want and you as the seller has to pay for it.
Winds me up...
But yeah just get the products back and refund and block the customer

Yep. I've already blocked the person, they are refusing to send them back unless I pay the postage and still want me to refund them for 3 before. Items are £3 each, so I'll put it down to a loss - not worth risking my TRS accounts.
