Im ready to set up an ebay account

I have set up a new paypal ok. I just have to add a bank account and thats the least hardest thing to do really.

Ive read the ebay book and ive a few questions. My name and address for ebay and paypal both have to match dont they? Can i use the same user account for a linked ebay and paypal?
