can anyone tell me how must be an USA Ebay account to haven't selling limits. I just buy an Ebay account registered few days ago, but in this there is a limit pending.

10 items @ month or 500 usd of selling total value @ month!

Please help me, i need one and i don't know what ask to the account sellers.

The age of the account is less relevant than the feedback and the history of the number of successfully completed sales. Only once you have that will they consider increasing your limit and hence the level of risk. It's about building trust slowly.
