settings for non-contact by letter

just saw a thread about letters from ebay and paypal, as far as I remember the settings on paypal are notifcation by email only and there are no settings on ebay, but can you just confirm if there are any options on either Ive missed. Ive heard of people getting marketing letters in the past, but not recently, Ive never had one, even on business accounts at accessible addresses....

Yeah I wouldn't worry about it really I've never received anything and I didn't uncheck anything from ebay or paypal. And I've had a non-steatlh paypal for about 8 years
