Weird, I was like 3% in one of my accounts and I wasn't restricted at all :P

Just offer free shipping, guaranteed 5 star rating. Worth it, just boost up your original price by the shipping cost.

Yeah free shipping may bring down your overall profit by around 3-4 dollars, but in the end...it's for 5 star on shipping, and they grade nicer on other things too.

so they can more rich..lol
