i sell more than 15 item but vero drop down do i ship
 

I have a question i sell more than 15 item but vero drop down on ebay was remove but i got pay on paypal for all 15 item my questions do i ship the product that i sell or know just return the money because ebay send email to all the buys but just 1 ask for the refund.

i am scare to send the product than the buyer ask for refund and i will lose the product

Have you been suspended ? If not then send them the worst that can happen is the buyers return the item for whatever reason (⊗⊗⊗⊗ ?)

Commuicate with your all buyers first before shipping items out,make them know that their money won't be just gona without products received.

Always communicate with buyers...send MULTIPLE emails, everyone checks their email everyday in this era. So send some, get through, DO NOT SEND until you get a "yea" or "neh".
