i sell more than 15 item but vero drop down
 

I have a question i sell more than 15 item but vero drop down on ebay was remove but i got pay on paypal for all 15 item my questions do i ship the product that i sell or know just return the money because ebay send email to all the buys but just 1 ask for the refund.

i am scare to send the product than the buyer ask for refund and i will lose the product

You can still ship the product to the customers. If you don't print the shipping labels through Paypal then you need to keep track of all the tracking numbers in case a customer claims not to have received the items. Personally I would email all of the customers and ask them if they still want the product or not.

i email all the people but nobody reply back my email.
So i will ship all the product and see what happen

Thats what I would do. They purchased the items in good faith so you should follow through.
