What are some of the most legit items to sell on ebay that will cause no suspicion or concern to Ebay?

There's loads. Sure it may take a little more time and effort but you know it's safe right.

Find a product, then compete.

I started out in a very competitive category, I am now at the top of this listing and doing pretty well on my latest legit item. It took time but its paying off now.

If you really look hard...there are programs you can find on google to search and find keywords used in EBAY itself...like an SEO sort of...from there, find a place to buy the NICHE product.

Finding a NICHE should be your BIGGEST AND LONGEST STEP (also the first one too)

If your selling legit stuff it will likely need to be in high volume unless your lucky enough to that needle in the hay stack. ebay is making this very difficult for new accounts it is almost as of eBay is encouraging you to sell high profit ⊗⊗⊗⊗ with that initial selling limit of 10.

It is very good and smart question but it is diffcult to answer and no people can give you a perfect answer because there are so many different ways to the goal.

As long as you begin to sell stuff for a peroid time,you will get to know the answer.

Show some love for this...it will help you kill with competition.

InkFrog has a smart lister. You pay 15 per month for it...but it helps you leaps and bounds on new products.

It researches items and how they sold for the past 90 days, what keywords they used, views, etc. It's like a cheat sheet for eBay.

Ebay is like an online flea market.. it will take years.. years of building off of original products. Selling "⊗⊗⊗⊗.s" brings tons of profits but with a lot of headaches

That is the problem with the v ero market.

if u have all the legit paperworks such as supplier info, invoices etc and all legit ebay/pay-pal account papers id/bank/ssn should be good for awhile LOL. until youll start to notice a couple of your compettitor ****inng u in the ass.
