portee is something to do with customs i think im not 100% on that

Those websites doesn't help.

It means that the package is ready to be carried (portee) to its final destination.

More than likely, all the paper work is in order, the item is not being held up to be sent on to you. (Portee is an old fashioned word from the days of sailing cargo ships.)

It's not yet in transit to you so the info says 'Portee'. When the shipping details or manifesto get updated that will change. Suggest you check in another 36 hours for the status. :pop2:
