What happens if you go over your selling limit after items are listed?
 

If you have the 10 items/$500 limit, what happens if you list 5 items for 7 days on Monday and another 5 on Tuesday, all at 99 cents. Then next Monday, the 5 items end at $100 each. You hit the limit, but you still have 5 other items already listed. Do those get shut down?

You can't list more than 10 items per 30 days period. Although some accounts of mine have been a bit slow in counting the limits, I was able to list 11 quickly before getting the 10 limit.

I think you didn't get his question. The question is: he has the $500 limit. He will list all 10 items for 1 penny. These things usually sell for $100 so when the auctions end it will be a total of $1000. What will ebay do in this situation? Will ebay end his remaining 5 auctions after the firs 5 reached the $500 limit?

After he hits the $500 limit, he just won't be able to list any more auctions. They won't end the existing ones, but he won't be able to list more.
