Wow eBay lies, claims NPBs can't file INR/NAS disputes
eBay told me this in email "Please keep in mind that a non paying bidder would not be able to file an item not as described or an item not received unless they have proof that they paid for the item"
On several of my accounts I've ha non payers who bid just to file these, then buyer gives me a strike. eBay won't even respond at all when I ask them to take the bad mark off my account the buyer put in. eBay sends me a couple form letters about final value fees and then for the next several months will not answer communication at all.
I've also been able to do this myself of what ebay claims can't happen using test accounts as a buyer. |
