How to Properly Create a Legit Account

I would like to know what are the proper steps to take when making a legit ebay and paypal account.

Should I create it a certian way?

Any help would really be appreciated.

Exactly as Ninja has noted - the guide is well worth the time to read. Alternatively, if you are ok with looking at many posts, you could compile the info from reading around the forum but the concepts grasped in the eBook are very nicely laid out.

Yeah agreed buy the guide read it, then afterwards if you have questions you can ask them.

I've been a long time reader of the forum and bought the book a couple months ago. A great read and really helpful.
