I got vero but the item sold what to do?

I have been reading this page for some time and learning of my mistakes. I was selling some vero Items and because I have got the limit item number 30 days notice from ebay I created a new acount and tried to sell one of the items there. The thing is I have got an MC019 from vero on that listing telling me the list has been removed on my new account. The problem is that my paypal account show me some one bough that item before they removed it. I sent an email to the person who bought the item explaining what had happen and I give to him the option to send his money back or send him the item, until now I have not received any email from him. What I should do?. Do you think this is ebay testing me or is a real buyer (I check the address of the buyer trough google maps and seems to be a farm in the middle of nowhere)? Also my other account got the limit lift but yesterday I tried to list the same item and have got an MC019 on that account too, I think it was because the two account were linked by the same paypal account. Do you think is wise to send the item or wait for the email of the buyer?

Now.... how much time do I need to rest the account before listing similar items? By the way I was listing Bose headsets and I am thinking of listing another kind of headsets that doesn't show you the warning sign about the product trademark authenticity when you try to sell it so I guess I should not have problems with vero on this one. Well you should print a tracking number and send it out, If you feel like its good enough to pass a buyer quality control check, Excuse me.....an eBayer QCC check.... They are all mostly cry babies and with open a dispute asap.....


Do you know anything about Vero items?


Did they come from china?


Are you drop shipping?

Did they pay anywhere near retail....? Some buyers are suspicious from the jump? So if it cant pass as genuine, Then do yourself a favor and keep them for you.

I sold 4 monster headphones one time and got cases opened on all four....Sheesh I convinced a buyer to keep one, one buyer stole one, and I kept 2....

Yes they are from china but they seem to be very good cause I have sell 6 of them without any problem and the buyers had left me a good feedback. The buyer used the buy it now option to pay and I already transfer the money from paypal to my bank account. I think they can pass as genuine even if they are not. He paid 69 bucks and retail is $99. Do you think this is an eBayer QCC check or just a some one that buy it before the list got veroed?
