Confused....... need help!
 

I got banned from eBay about 2 years ago and I found it such a pain in the arse I didn't bother trying to get back on until recently.

A few of months ago I decided to use my girlfriends account to start selling again in the run up to Christmas. I have made so much money out of it that I want to continue using it next year as the account is not not far of from power seller status

The problem I have now is that its all in her name and in order to get money into my hands its transferred to her bank account from pay pal and then she gives me the money. This is now becoming a problem because its a bit of a pain for her and she is worried about all the extra money going through her account for tax reasons.

So what is the best way around this? I was thinking I set up a new pay pal account in a false name with my bank details and then link that back to her eBay account. Would that work or is there a better way?

You can attach your own bank account to that Paypal. All you need is a checking/savings account number and routing number. The name on the bank account doesn't matter. Make sure when they ask for the name on the bank account to put her name not yours.

A word of caution though, some banks do not let you receive money from a different name. Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Chase, Suntrust and more are able to accept payments in a different name. Just search the forums for safe banks to use, there are tons of threads on the topic. I would advise getting the stealth book too if you want to take it to the next level, definitely worth it. I learned the question you just asked through reading it.

as above you can ad your bank details. loads of info on here on which banks are ok. sanatander, co-op, barclays, rbs, halifax to name a few
