If you are Talking Ebay,,,They either tell you how long you Suspension is or They Don't,,,

If the Don't,,,,welll,,then the Suspension is "Indefinate",,,,Which, Normally,,, really Means: Don't Ever Come Back,,,

RARELY,, VERY RARELY an account does get reinstated,,,,But you have a Better chance of winning a wrestling match with a Polar Bear,,, Stark Naked,,, in the Artic,,,, in the middle of the Night!!!
