Help me scam people!!

Hi i would like to know why when i went to sell a **** chanel wallet it got taken off straight away for trademark violation, but i search chanel wallets all the time on ebay and there are new ones put on all the time!!! how come they can and i cant??? There has to be some loop hole!!!
