ebay account limited to sales
 

I opened up a ebay account about a month and a half ago i was limited to 100 sales a month (i thought).Last month went buy and now were in december I listed about 20 items then was told i could not list any more items until i contacted ebay .Will I did but now ebay wants identification from me and my ebay account is under a ficticius name and have no way of supplying themn with that information .could anybody help me out here or is it a done deal just go ahead and start a new account .The only problem is that this account has a feedback score of 100 with a 100% feedback on it and i would hate to lose it.Could anybody help me out here?

If it's just an MC010. Just play dumb with the questions or pretend they have nothing to do with you. Most likely they will reinstate you.. I had all of my accounts reinstated.

If they want you to fax in information.. then you're ****ed.

What is the exact message you get when you're trying to list? The 100 items limit is usually on a 30 day rolling period, so it may well be that you can list 20 items now, but then you hit 100 again and need to wait until some of your old sales drop past the 30 days.
