I just bought the eBay Stealth book and here is what I Honestly Think...
 

I am new to this forum and relatively new to eBay. I have been a seller for a little over a year now.

I have 795 transactions with only 5 negative feebacks with only 2 two of them being legit mistakes on my part.

I have do fairly well on ebay but I always felt uncomfortable because of all the horror stories about seller whom have been kicked off ebay for the dumbest things.

So, I decided to be proactive and do some research to find out how I can get back on ebay if the kick me of and that is how I found the eBay Stealth guide and this forum.

Now, I was just fine until my DSR's went below what ebay allows to no fault of my own and all of a sudden, my listings were no even showing up.

They let me know that my listing would at the bottom of the barrel but it got so bad that after a 3 day auction on several popular cell phones, I was getting like 4 to 10 views for the whole 3 days on each auction.

They put me in such a bad position that I now have it out for the.

I have also, through a little experiment, found a little listing glitch in there system that will allow you to list more items on you new or established account when they limit you to 10 because you are new or 100 or whatever you number with them may be. You will have an opportunity to sell 3 or 4 times your listing limit.

I don't want to disclose to the world so pm me about it. It does work though!


Now for the review, The book is great. It completly shorted my learning curve.

To be honest, if you are too cheap to invest 37 bucks or so into your business, than business in general is not for you. Business is about taking chances and calculated risk.

You should be able to tell by the quality of this forum and its supportive member participation that the book is of quality.

This is the only book that you can buy that comes with this kind of support, you would be foolish not to!

I don't know Aspkin or any of the moderators but I do know that they really know there stuff.

People spend 10's of thousands of dollars and years of their time to go to college and then they come out and can't get a job!

For just 37 bucks and about and about a week of reading the book, participating in and reading the forum you will be well on your way to making a nice living on ebay.

If you are willing to learn and work smart, not hard, but smart, then you too can make a great living off ebay. Yes things change on ebay alot but no matter what business you are in you will always have competion or some sort or adjustments that you will need to make in order to stay on top.

The key word is Evolution, be willing to change and make adjustments an neccessary.


Now buy the book and make some money!

The funny thing is, Aspkin and the guys have laid a road map out for us and not only that, they are riding shotgun with us on our journey.

I absolutely LOVE one of the points you made...

I hate to say it, but I know exactly the type of person you are talking about. They want to make a lot of $$$, very quickly. But they don't want to tie up even a single penny of their money or take any risks.

So, they sell on eBay intending to have a dropshipper fill the order. Which is fine, except they intend to wait until PayPal releases the money to their bank account before they will fulfill the order. So the poor buyer who has no clue has to wait a whole month before they get their item. If they get it at all.

These are the same people who cry the loudest when PayPal shuts them down and keeps their money for 180 days.

I'm sorry, but that is no way to do business.

In your case, however, I'm not worried about this. My guess, from reading your post, is that you have a very good head for business. You think AHEAD, you KNEW not to trust eBay with 100% of your livelihood. And you are now doing something about it. BRAVO!

In a few months (or even a few weeks) you should be back to where you were before this happened. AND - your business will be much stronger since you will be spreading out your risk. That way, eBay can't shut down 100% of your business in one hissy fit.

I am not easy to impress, and I rarely compliment new users publicly, but I think you are on the ball and I would predict that you will both learn from this forum and contribute to it.
