How are you verifing by phone?

I haven't seen an option to verify by phone. I've only seen paypal/creditcard/ and bank account.

Does this give you more credibility and trust with ebay?

There's a reason why they ask for you CC#. They need to know you're at least 18 years old.

There is no option to verify by phone.

It worked fine with my under 16's account, so that's a certain flaw to their system :)
