if i create a new account and let it rest 30 days will i be able to aviod the mc010 you know the long phone call.

MC010 is like the Common Cold. Now matter how much you keep yourself health, eventually you'll catch a cold. Same with MC010.

However, you will get over the common cold, and also the MC010. MC010 isn't the end to an account. It's very easy to reverse. Also if the MC010 turns into MC169 then you can always opt to a new account and move on.
