Reimbursement method?

So ive never been forced to add a credit card... which is what they want now on ebay, what to do? Or can i edit it somewhere? i swore my paypal was listed already for reimbursement.

your pp account in empty so you have to add your credit card or you have previous delay for ebay fees

My suggestion would be to add a credit card.

wlready have stealth credit card there? if added a new one would this screwanthing up?

Did you confirm you VCC with paypal? Whoever you got your VCC from, contact them and get the 4 digit confirmation number from the seller. I recently went thru this and until I confirmed my VCC it kept telling me the same thing.
