Checking Email

Can I go to AOL email and just look at the messages that came in, not open them, but just to see if I have a limitation email?

Can I do this without having to go through the IP change?

If the email client is not owned by ebay or paypal then yes, it's fine to not change the ip address..

If you were to login to multiple email accounts however, you might have to do this
