Default Lots of removals tonight...

Just got a bunch of
Your listing has been removed.

- Limited selling history
- Community members have expressed concern with the authenticity of previous items
- Photos are unclear or otherwise fail to represent the item

I assume, no way around this, i tried to hide the item under a different heading. Needless to say this is a high profit item, but it's not worth anymore 7 day suspensions, just lost 3 of my 12 accounts to 7 days because of it in the last 3 days.

Let it rest for awhile and then move remaining stock? (i only have like 12 left)

Sounds to me like some competitors are turning you in.

Also sounds like one specific product.

Suggestion: have more products. Diversity is good.

I hear ya, i don't think it's competitors this is a "big time" item that's frequently listed and imported. They are cracking down i guess. I also had it listed with the "TM" symbol to bypass the 5 day minimum required for that category heh, i just searched completed and active, and while this is a MASS listed item because of the huge profits, it looks like ebay is cracking down on them, i bet it's just 1 or 2 people who are pissy about the product they received or are those crazies that stalk ebay to turn in potential foo foo

There is no way to sell such items without losing accounts.

Well, only ONE WAY. You would have to get permission from the trademark or copyright owner. Of course, that is never going to happen...

Comes with the territory, the key is to know how to beat them. They are changing the game, either you change or you go back to living paycheck to paycheck.

Hi!

Same thing happened to me--> they got u removed b/c someone reported you...

Cuz the canned email must have the vero's contact information if it was pulled due to vero nonsense...

My advice--> give the same dose to other listings!

Hey if u ain't gonna let me sell--> u ain't selling either!

MY TRS /PS just got FPA 021'D god can this day get any worse?.My last bank xfer says completed, and i just plopped the rest out of paypal to an account and that moneys already been moved along to safety... Question : Should i remove the bank off the paypal? I mean afterall the paypal is worthless now that it's attached to an ebay that's suspended. Best case... Nothing happens, worst? The mass resolutions come in, and then they withdraw from the attached bank... however i've yet to see them do that.

If PayPal decides to withdraw funds from the bank account, they won't be stopped just because you removed it from your account as the information is still in their system. The only way to stop them is to close the bank account. At least, that is the only way I know of.

Removing the bank will not stop them from withdrawing money from your bank account, it's still on file, even after you remove it. You need to close the bank account to stop them.

What do they want? If it's not to much, you might try providing them with it.

Got a new forward from a buyer this morning, at least ebay isn't threatening as much, or maybe my listings just got lucky on this recent fpa... Buyer received this

We understand this may be disappointing, but occasionally we need to remove listings. In some cases, the item itself is fine, but was listed in a way that didn't follow eBay's guidelines.

Here's what you can do next:

-- If you already paid, received your item, and you're satisfied, please disregard this notice.
-- If you won the item but haven't paid, don't pay. Since eBay removed the listing, you're no longer obligated to go through with the transaction.
-- If you already paid for this item through eBay, and it's past the estimated delivery time, you can open a case in our Resolution Center. Click the link below, and select the "I haven't received it yet" option. This will guide you through the process of opening a case.
http://resolutioncenter.ebay.com

If the seller offers you the item outside of eBay, we strongly discourage you from accepting the offer. These types of transactions are extremely risky and aren't covered by eBay buyer protection programs.

If you didn't pay through eBay or PayPal, and:
-- You paid by Western Union or MoneyGram, contact the company directly (Western Union 800-325-6000 or MoneyGram 800-926-9400).
-- You paid by check, contact your bank to stop payment.

Thanks,

eBay

Not bad, that doesn't scare people as much as that other crazy psycho one they send when you get FPA'D sometimes lol
