Ebay Bidding Limit. Please help
 

hi, i bought ebay steath, following the steps and created a new ebay account. however, now i have bidding limit, i can't bid or buy any item on ebay. I tried to link my new account to a paypal account but the limit is still there. Any suggestion?

Hi, could you specific your account situation a bit more?
It happened to me once and I was told by ebay that my account had been linked from an old suspended account.
If you did follow the ebay stealth, your account should be fine. But bear in mind that every tiny mistake would cause your account to be linked

Have you used the IP you used here on ebay? That is part of your troubles.
I guess you are aware you are using a VPN? So if ebay has detected that too, then the account may be restricted.

have you had any notices from ebay?
What is your past history?
Are you saying you are in the USA but really live in another country? Even for buyers, ebay gets concerned. (Like VietNam?)
