Default Opening Disputes!

Hey guys,

I have sold some items and then ebay removed my listing and such. I had already accepted the items and I shipped them already!

Now I have 2 buyers who opened up a dispute, one with paypal and other with ebay!

I have proved to them that I shipped the items and gave tracking number and tracking site.

One buyer told me that she has been waiting 12 days ... she must know that I shipped on 28Dec... as I do dropshipping, with China post in 12 days nor if there was no Christmas and New YEar it wont make it. (UK buyers)

What do you think guys?
Do you think I can win this? They opened a dispute, and I told them that this might take between 16-24 Days because of weather and such.

Any help would be appreciated pleaseeee

Thank you guys

As long as you have tracking number, and you listed the auction as accurate as possible you should be fine, but knowing ebay they always side with the buyer. Back in the day they use to give sellers up to 30 days for the item to arrive to the buyers, not sure how it works now. It usually takes awhile for these disputes to end if you keep fighting them back, so hopefully towards the end the tracking number will state that the items have arrived.
