Default using savings account to withdraw funds

Had an account that got suspended by PAYPAL and therefore, obviously, cannot use the checking account number to set up another account. However I never gave the savings account info to PAYPAL. Since the account number is different (although by only 2 numbers;for example 11125580 for checking and 11125578 for savings) could I use this savings account on a new account to withdraw? The routing number would be the same, but anyone using that bank will have the same routing number anyway, would'nt they? Hope this makes sense and I appreciate any feedback.

Yes you can use savings account to withdraw. You can even attach the savings account number and click "checking" on paypal. PayPal will not know the difference.

I do this all the time because I don't like opening too many checking accounts lol.

I'm surprised that the routimg is different. For the bank I use, the routing number for savings and checking are different.
Anyhow, you're definitely clear to use it. It only has to change by at least one number, just like the IP situation.

Can somebody else please confirm this, so then one bank account opened up (which includes both Savings and Checking), can be used.. Savings to verify one PP and the Checking info to verify a completely different PP?

Confirmed, although your statement in inaccurate.

If you have both a checking and a savings account, you technically have 2 accounts at the same bank, they don't count as the same account.

That's why they have different numbers.

Default Savings Account used as Ebay fees

Can I use a savings account to pay ebay fees? Also, I have my paypal registered in a friends name, so if I wanted to link my own debit card to an account, how would I do that without getting linked by ebay? My paypal is not suspended, just my old ebays.
