I have done everything to the letter and i have gotten the mc115 statement!! any ideas here phone number was through ring central. could that be the problem or what about phone number getting put back into circulation and maybe have been used before?

Doesn't sound right... You didn't list anything? eBay doesn't suspend buyers only, so even if it was linked to another account, you should not be suspended unless you listed something...

Something is off like lakeman said I could make an account off a banned ip and everything banned and only use it to buy, and ebay won't ban me. Cause they want buyers obviously, and matter of fact I have had a buyer account off banned info for more then a year no probs

that being said the only thing i can think of I didnt see how to set up a sellers account so I went to the link to list and went through the motion to list choose random catt. no pic when prompted i chose paypal it took me to pp did all that. then added vcc and wammie.

Probably was considered suspicious activity fresh account listing so quickly and fishy listing. Should use this link below:

The account Name,,Address,,UserId,,Password,,,May be the Same or Very Similar to another Suspended account,,,

Look, When I create accounts I Pull Names and Addresses from the White Pages,, Who is to Say that Person Does Not have a Suspended Ebay Account,,,Do Think for one Second that it is that Remote of a Possibliity,,,Do You have any Idea how many stealth Accounts are Made and Suspended EVERY HOUR???

Right I agree with that bout not the only stealthers on the block thats why i pic an obscure form of business then Google it use it with a made up name then add an apt or unit # with a phone forwarding .. i was thinking it was the phone # the pool cant be that big for recycled digits

Yeah, you go w/ phone f/w and you are gonna get a lot of recycled #s my friend. Just a warning. There are people out there (CL Posters) that know how to get home fone numbers for eBay.
