Anyone know what this means - Ebay email to buyer?
 

Hi just had an email from a buyer, basically he bought an item on 18 december, left feedback on 3rd january (before testing item!) and emailed today (a nice email) to day after leaving feedback, he received an email from Ebay saying he did not have to complete the transaction - what does this mean?

Anyway the upshot is the item is broken but I have offered him a refund - but my question is what is the Ebay email about?

Never heard that one before, I wouldn't worry about it though just handle the buyers problems and move on.
