Weird mc019?
 

So, i have a newerr account about 2 months old,it's reaching januarys cap on 10 items, 8 actually. So i made a new account as outlined, and listed 1 of the items that is on the main account, same listing actually just copied/pasted html same title as well (fail?) And it gets removed...

i started it out at 99 cents wtf



Main accounts items are listed still with same title.So obviously someone monitoring new listings didn't like my listing and removed it, i am assuming.


Irritates me, because now the main account gets a "trademark violation" how the hell is it a trademark violation when

#1 community didn't report it, i mean it never was even searchable!
#2 VERO DIDN'T REPORT IT.

It sucks our accounts gets flagged .

They did the same to me last year. They kept removing my listings for trademark violation almost immediately. And the sad thing is the items were my own personal used genuine items. And every time I went to list something legit they would remove it, until I got the 7 day, 30 day, and finally suspension for good. . Ebay needs to a class action lawsuit to be thrown upon them. They are violating our rights big time.

Imagine if your local police dept. operated like Ebay. As soon we tried to pay for something at the department store check-out, we'd be arrested for shoplifting. Automatically guilty of shoplifting because you have no history of buying anything from there.

You can't have the same HTML on another account that's already reached it's limit.
That'll link you and cause you a lot of problems.

You can not use the HTML.... when the 1st account is under limit conditions, you have to be careful how to use a 2nd account. It's part of the conditions that the same item not be listed.
Double check the T&S to make sure not to muck up accounts. These need to be checked very oftern to ensure your account(s) stay viable :peace:

Well i lost them both ebay called me and i had car stereo up loud and missed the call.


Funny enough the lady at paypal called me at 8pm while i was at wally world, and i answered. I got the chick who talks way too much. She is an older sounding women who almost sounds asian. Anyway, paypal is safe. So i'll just wait till limits are done, withdraw funds and reuse bank again since the pp ended up being safe
