Problem with main eBay account...
 

Okay, I need some help…

First off, I lost my 500+ feedback eBay and PP business account about a year ago to a hacker, where there is still a debt of thousands of dollars… anyways, I made a new eBay buyers account and PP (before I knew anything about Stealth) which the PP account was linked and limited within like 2 days.
The eBay account is still intact with a feedback of 1, though I’m not really sure why it wasn’t suspended with the PP account.

I really want to have a personal buying and selling account back, especially since I buy a lot of time sensitive items like hatching eggs, and need to have it delivered right to my door.

Problem is, the current account has my real address, phone and IP attached to it.

As for PP I now have an EIN and new bank account to use in place of my SSN, so I’m assuming that will protect me from being linked to my old account?

So do I just change the home address in my current eBay, discarding it and create a new account with my home address under a different IP?

what I have done to get around this problem is create a stealth paypal account. ⊗⊗⊗⊗ address and everything. then, after a couple of days, you add a second address to that paypal account. the second gift address will be the address you want your items to go to. this will be your home address. i don't know why paypal doesn't catch on, but it has worked for me for years.

Or you can just msg the seller if they can ship to XXX. Then you are good. No new thing here, plenty of people ask the same thing from me all the time.
