Ok i have read,read and re read stealth guide and it seems i have followed everything to the T. Every account seem to get get hit even without selling. Thinking is there a possibility of malware or virus doing me in? I only have been using malwarebytes and spywaredoctor, cccleaner? maybe its a flash cookie thing? So i erased all user accounts ran cc cleaner ran a flash cookie cleaner on my main user account. im about to create the new user account then onto the stealth ebay.. any input would be awesome!!

with a new user you should be able to keep cookies and flash intact. There were some questions on forum months back about flash seeping to other users, but almost all consensus was that it was safe...

What kind of bank are you using?
And what are the steps you took? Please explain clearly and in detail so that we can help you further.

i have used chase bank.
what about same routing number being the cause.

I know it has been said the ip only needs to change and be within 100 miles or so. mine very with the first digits being always start with 65. or 67. or 69

when changing my MAC i was changing the last digit now this timw im change the last 2.

I was thinking when adding the credit card info is it best to wait for awile surf the site then add it latter and how is the best way to add. * (when i go to sell)
prior to that. I did add it once via the mature audience section.

are goods the same as banned account? are you cleaning pics? same routing and close ips are not enough to link you in themselves, only if other things match up and a manual review was done it could be circumstantial evidence..

I'm sure that someone here can help further, since I'm in the middle of a lot of other things prior to this, but OP, here is a quick rehash for you:

EVERYTHING has to be unique! (aside from bank routing number), compared to any one of your previously made accounts.

FYI:

Chase is JP Morgan which is paypal buyer credit.

Everything has to be different is correct. Different even means if the PHONE is one digit off, IP is one digit off, EMAIL is one letter off, etc.

These are machines banning you. Not real people.
