new user accounts
 

I am using an older pc for now and i was wondering how many new user accounts.

Can it handle and still run smoothly? I want to open around ten new stealth accounts in one day. Do i need new user for all to start or just new mac and ip's?

yes new use and IP's will work best i think. unless you want to delete cookies and flash cookies everytime. i just think it will be easier the way i said but its your call./

Well you don't need to keep the user accounts. If you think it bogs down your computer, why not delete the account after you create the stealth account and do you work? Then when you need to re-access the particular account, just start a new account, all the cookies will be clear so you won't be linked.
