Unmolested but nightmare again!
 

Hi, I was doing fine and well with my new ebay account but something bad happened. Please bare with me on the explanation below...

I am using the same pc which my account was suspended last time (User account = Alpha). I have created a new user account for my new ebay/paypal (User account = Beta) by using new internet provider & I am no longer using the old internet provider to avoid ip linking.

I do not delete any cookies or flash cookies on user account Beta as suggested by expert here. But I do delete everything/cookies on user account Alpha using 'better privacy' since I only use it for casual surfing.

Now my concern is while I was surfing in user account Alpha...I was on this website where it directed me to ebay UK through a link! I am worried because this is the user account where my ebay account was suspended last time...normally I try not to go in to ebay through this user account.

1) So will ebay record my new IP although I didnt login into it?

2) Will ebay link me when I login to my new stealth ebay account?

3) Is ebay able to track my old account although I have deleted everything (cookies & flash cookies)?

4) Anything I should do for precaution?

Please let me thank you in advance...you wont believe what nightmare I had been through when they suspended me. I dont want to be in the same nightmare again...please help!

1. No - they won't log your IP if you haven't logged in - you will have a cookied though.

2. If everything is new then how would linking occur?

3. No real comment on this unfortunately - other folx will chime in..

4. Not much else precaution-wise except to keep all info written down, keep user accounts separate and don't slip up.
