How long should an account rest for?
 

Hi,
I just received a second MC198, the first was back in August last year and this most recent was last week. I dont want to get a third strike and wanted to know how long I should rest an account before I sell again. Both of the MC198 were for vero items.
Is it 3 months or 180 days, cant find out exactly.
Any ideas?

It's actually one year for the records to be cleared.

But if you do get another strike, they'll only give you a 7 day selling vacation. The fourth strike will be a one month vacation, and the fifth strike is an all expense paid vacation in the middle of banland.

I've got an account that got hit last year in May. Since then I sold about 20 items and bought the odd thing once or twice a month. Even when the strike gets removed I will only be using the account for buying and selling the odd OKAY thing.
